A bit about myself
Welcome
I grew up with an early and definite interest in movement arts. My curiosity leading the steps as a child, from Yoga to Tai-Chi, Shiatsu to Eutony, finally landing as a young adult within the Feldenkrais Method, that I have practiced professionally for over twenty five years.
I am certified as a Feldenkrais Practitioner and Teacher, a Somatic Counselor, a Hakomi Practitioner and Trainer, graduated in the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, which provides a trauma informed template to my approach, Certified Child Space Method Practitioner, a specific approach that integrates neuroscience, trauma work and research on development, within the Feldenkrais Method template, to work with children and families. Also continue deepening my practice with Jehudit Silver, from the lineage of Alon Talmi, which increases its focus on the application of the Feldenkrais method in the emotional and mental health dimensions of self, and mentoring with Larry Goldfarb, direct student of Moshe Feldenkrais and Trainer.
The Feldenkrais Method has provided me with a multidimensional platform, vast enough to explore all my facets; and I hope it will offer the same to you.
Because the earlier in our development we start the deepest the impact of the transformation and the imprint on prevention that can be made, and because, at the same time, we continue to learn and develop new sinapsis till we die, I am passionate about working with all ages and situations.
Being multicultural and bilingual I bring an inclusive, non judgmental presence, the maturity of a lifelong practice of mindfulness and fine attunement through zen Buddhism and mothering and the lightness and sense of humor that a committed life through grief and loss can cultivate.
I share this work through individual sessions tailored to your curiosity and needs, as well as in group settings.
